At mapmyruns.co, we specialize in creating personalized printed marathon posters — framed or unframed — that celebrate your running achievements. As all of our products are custom-made, we’ve designed this Refunds and Returns Policy to reflect the unique nature of our offering while ensuring fairness and clarity for our customers. Therefore, please carefully review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
All posters sold on MapMyRuns.co are custom-made based on the marathon selected and the personal information you provide (e.g. name, finish time). Because these are personalized products made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once printing has commenced.
Before we print your custom poster, we will email you a digital proof for approval. You will have up to 5 days to review and approve the design. During this time, you may request changes. We will send follow-up reminders to ensure timely approval.
Once you approve the final design, your order will move into production. At that point, cancellations or edits are no longer possible.
You may request to cancel your order before the design has been approved and printing has started. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@mapmyruns.co with your order details.
Once you approve the design proof, your order is locked for production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.
If your framed or unframed poster arrives damaged or if the delivered item differs from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mapmyruns.co with the following:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage or error
We will investigate the issue, and if your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note:
We do not cover return shipping costs.
Claims made beyond the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement.
Because all products are customized and made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of damaged items or errors on our part (i.e. if the delivered product does not match the approved proof).
We encourage all customers to review their proof carefully before approval to ensure all details are correct.
We ship worldwide. Shipping timelines and costs may vary based on your location. Once your poster is printed and (if applicable) framed, we’ll send tracking information to your email.
