1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who reside in countries where such giveaways are not prohibited by law. Entrants from jurisdictions where promotions of this nature are restricted or void are not eligible. Employees of mapmyruns.co, its affiliates, partners, or immediate family members are excluded from entry.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on April 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ESTon June 24, 2025. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete a pre-order of a qualifying custom race poster using the provided 20% off coupon code before the coupon expiry date. Limit one entry per person.
Qualifying posters include races from the following events:
OC Marathon
Pittsburgh Marathon
Fargo Marathon
Buffalo Marathon
San Diego Marathon
Grandma’s Marathon
Only people who pre-ordered posters for the above events are eligible for entry into the giveaway.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected for every 1,000 qualified entrants. Each winner will receive a fully paid entry spot in the World Marathon Major of their choice — including one of the following races: Boston, New York City, Berlin, London, Chicago, Sydney, or Tokyo.
The prize includes:
Official race entry fee
Lodging for two (2) people for a maximum of 4 nights (hotel or equivalent accommodation)
The prize does NOT include:
Airfare or other travel costs
Ground transportation
Meals or personal expenses
Visa application fees or processing support
Cash Option:
Alternatively, the winner may choose to forgo the race entry and instead receive a one-time monetary prize of $1,500 USD. By selecting this option, the winner permanently relinquishes their claim to the World Marathon Major entry spot and associated lodging. The choice between the trip and the cash prize is final once confirmed in writing by the winner.
5. Winner Selection:
Eligible winners will be selected at random on or around June 25, 2025, and notified via the email provided during their pre-order. If a selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, a new winner will be drawn.
6. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow mapmyruns.co to use their name, photo, and/or likeness for promotional purposes, both online and offline, without additional compensation.
7. General Conditions:
mapmyruns.co reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. All decisions made by mapmyruns.co regarding this giveaway are final and binding.
